Product description
GemmeCotti offers diaphragm seal pressure gauges made of thermoplastic materials (PP and PVDF), specifically designed to isolate and protect measuring instruments from aggressive process fluids. These closed systems, consisting of a diaphragm and a pressure gauge connected by a sealing liquid, represent an extremely safe and accurate solution for pressure monitoring in critical environments.
To meet different operational and chemical requirements, the seals are available in two main configurations:
-
Polypropylene (PP): A versatile and cost-effective choice for standard industrial applications at moderate temperatures (up to 60-70°C). It is resistant to substances such as phosphoric acid, sulphuric acid (under certain conditions), ferric chloride, citric acid, liquid ammonia, and caustic soda.
-
PVDF: Ideal for those requiring maximum purity and superior thermal resistance (up to 90°C). This material guarantees exceptional performance with strong acids, solvents, and highly corrosive fluids such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid, and potassium hydroxide.
